| The concept "ultra-low" and "near-zero" emission has been put forward during the treatment of flue gas in the industrial production,in order to solve the problem that the phenomenon of fog and haze,and the decline of the air quality.For the sake of reducing the concentration of dust in the flue gas after purification effectively,we have to develop a kind of new device who has the advantages of low resistance,low energy consumption,small size and high efficiency for small and low concentration dust,which placed at the end of the traditional flue gas purification system.The experimental device has been designed and made through theoretical analysis.It is a combination of fiber grating collector and the electrostatic dust precipitator.In order to investigate the improvement of the effect of fine dust removal by the electrostatic enhancement fiber grating,the measurement of the efficiency of dust removal and filtration velocity and the number of fiber grating shows that the dust removal efficiency has been improved with high voltage at the same filtration velocity as that without voltage.The dust removal efficiency decreased with increasing velocity,however,when apply a high voltage the trend of dust removal efficiency is increasing before v = 2.5 m/s and decreasing after that,and it is found that the efficiency increased from 84.6%to 90.8%when v = 2.5 m/s,and considering the experimental conditions and economic benefits,v = 2.5m/s is the optimal filtration velocity,because the efficiency increased by 6.2%,improved most significantly;The efficiency of fiber grating who applied high voltage improve more than 10%than that one without voltage at the same position.The measurement of the efficiency of dust removal and dust concentration shows that the efficiency increased with the dust concentration increasing.The results of the classification efficiency shows that the fiber grating which is enhanced by electrostatic has great effect for the dust particle which size less than 2μm,and the efficiency is 83.3%.Compared with the conventional electrostatic precipitation,the electrostatic enhancement fiber grating has a better efficiency.The resistance of this device is only 212Pa.The experimental results show that the fiber grating with electrostatic enhancement will become the first choice which is set at the end of the flue gas purification system because it has the advantages of low resistance,low energy consumption,high efficiency and just need small area. |
