Energy conservation is one of the important national policies of our country.It is an important measure to achieve sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises.Clean circulating cooling water system is a vital part of the production process of iron and steel enterprises.It could improve the efficiency of equipment operation and ensure production safety.However,the system consumes a large amount of water,and it is also an energy-hungry unit among industrial processes.Therefore,the problem of water and energy saving of clean circulating cooling water system is significant to energy conservation and emission reduction of steel production processes.The first step for energy conservation and optimization research is to establish a precise hydraulic model for clean circulating cooling water system.Through the model,we could accurately analyze hydraulic characteristics of the entire system and the individual components,and realize the simulation operation of the pipe network system.So,research on hydraulic modeling and model correction,which could improve the accuracy of the model,is of great theoretical and practical value.Based on the working mechanism of the clean circulating cooling water system,the hydraulic model of the components and the overall system is established in this thesis.And an improved hybrid adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed to correct the pipe network system model,improving the accuracy of the model.The following work is completed.(1)Based on deep analysis of working mechanism and hydraulic calculation methods of the clean circulating cooling water network system,the hydraulic model of the system components and entire clean circulating cooling water system is built.Analysis of hydraulic characteristics of the system and simulation running laid the foundation for model correction and other related studies of the circulating cooling water system.(2)The correction methods of pipe network system are studied.And an implicit model correction method with the genetic algorithm as the core of method is chosen.On the basis of the relevant theoretical knowledge of genetic algorithm,the algorithm is improved to overcome its defects.Thus,a hybrid adaptive genetic algorithm based on the sigmoid growth curve and quasi-Newton method is proposed to improve the performance of the algorithm.(3)The hydraulic model of clean circulating cooling water system is corrected using the proposed model correction method and the situation that only limited measuring points and data could be obtained in actual engineering field.Good correction effects prove the validity of the model correction method proposed in this thesis.Finally,based on the above results,the simulation software development of clean circulating cooling water system hydraulic characteristics is developed.It provides a good simulation platform for system operation optimization and energy saving strategy analysis.
