| Water saving and energy saving are important methods of sustainable development and actual production requirements of enterprises in our country.The clean circulating cooling water system is an important part of production process which can improve efficiency and ensure safety,however,it consumes much water and electricity.With less attention and accumulation of theory and experience about design and operation of clean circulating cooling water system,some unreasonable designs and operation parameters setting methods of equipment exist in existing systems,which cause unnecessary waste of resources.Therefore,it’s necessary for enterprises to improve the ability of clean circulating cooling water system in water saving and energy saving.In this paper,optimization research is done for running of clean circulation cooling water system.Thermodynamic and hydraulic models of each component are analyzed and established,and operation optimization methods are researched which can be applied to engineering practice.Finally,to achieve the goal of minimizing operation power consumption of clean circulating cooling water system.After finishing the analysis of the working mechanism of the clean circulation cooling water system,the thermodynamic and hydraulic models of each unit and the whole system are established,the main equipment models of the system are extended based on the superstructure and an improved genetic simulated annealing nested algorithm is proposed for the optimization research of the running process.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)The main components of clean circulation cooling water system are analyzed,including cooling tower,fan,pump,heat exchanger,regulating valve and pipeline,etc.The cooling mechanism of cooling tower and heat transfer process of heat exchanger are emphatically studied.With the analysis of the technological process of system and the operating mechanism of each part,the mathematical models of each part are built.(2)Based on the concept of superstructure,the main equipment models of the clean circulating cooling water system are extended and the unit superstructure models of cooling tower,heat exchanger and pump are established.By researching the operation process of the clean circulating cooling water system,the integer variables and continuous variables in the decision variables are classified and the objective function and constraints of the system operation optimization are established.(3)The optimization method of the operation process for clean circulating cooling water system is researched in this part.Because the basic genetic algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimum when solving the operation optimization problem,a hybrid integer non-linear optimization method is proposed by combining the simulated annealing algorithm with the genetic algorithm,and it solves system operation optimization problem well.Finally,on the basis of the existing research,a simulation platform of the clean circulating cooling water system is developed,which provides a good simulation platform for optimization research of system operation. |
