Thin plate deep hole is a new kind of drilling method with non-chip,no coolant,and this is also a green process method.Due to the deep hole is shaped by the accumulation of the material under the condition of dry friction spinning between drilling tools and thin metal plate,therefore,the distribution of metal flow in the hole wall is more reasonable,and the integrated mechanical properties of the perforated parts are more perfect.The main purpose of this study is to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of the hole wall material in the dry friction process,the friction and wear characteristics of the bit during the hole forming process are also analyzed,with the help of simulation and experimental analysis,better process parameters are determined to obtain better pore forming parts,and provide the basis for the expanded use of the pore wall in the later period.This paper is based on the dry friction theory of materials,and Study on the behavior of metal materials of thermal deformation,establish the hypothetical conditions of rigid plastic finite element simulation method,according to the finite element method under the basic conditions,the boundary conditions and parameters are solved for each discrete element in the process of pore forming.Simulation analysis based on the process of hole forming,establish the friction contact model between the low carbon steel plate and the hard alloy non edge bit in the plastic forming simulation software DEFORM when the hole is formed,the point tracing method is used to analyze the factors that lead to the temperature change in the location point of the different deformation zone in the pore forming process,then study the factors which influencing the changes in the pore region of grain size,the boundary condition of the uniform grain structure of the material in the pore forming area is finally obtained.The shape of the pore forming test is in good agreement with the simulation result.,so the simulation analysis has a practical guiding role.Based on the classical friction theory model,the friction hot forming model of the whole edge bit free bit is established,and according to the distribution of friction heat sources in different regions of the non-edge bit,the friction and wear of the spherical and conical areas of the non-edge bit are the main content to be analyzed,and the analysis of the axial force of the non-edge bit under different processing parameters,and the comparison and analysis of the hardness value and the element diffusion of the non-edge bit before and after the test,the results of the study can be used to select the appropriate process parameters to reduce the damage of the bit,and improve the comprehensive performance of the non-edge bit.In this paper,the structure of the material in the deformation zone of the sheet-forming process and the study on the wear of the non-edge bit,all of them have a certain effect on the improvement of the process.
