For the purpose of improving the utilization value of biomass energy,three methods of LHW pretreatment,ELA pretreatment,and AHP pretreatment were investigated in this paper,and the glucose in the cassava residue pretreatment liquid and enzymatic hydrolysate was investigated,and got different optimal pretreatment process.Using component analysis,FT-IR and XRD as the main analytical means,the effect of different pretreatment methods on the content,composition and structure of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin in cassava residues was explored.In LHW pretreatment,100 g of cassava residue was treated at 160 0C for 40 min and then hydrolyzed by cellulase and polysaccharide hydrolyzing enzymes.46.272 g of glucose and 8.426 g of xylose were obtained,accounting for 85.40%of the glucose in raw materials.78.73%of xylose and 88.88%of total sugar were recovered.In ELA pretreatment,100 g of cassava residue was used in an amount of 0.05%H2SO4.After 80 min at 160 ?,it was digested with cellulase and polysaccharide hydrolyzing enzymes.48.030 g of glucose and 9.030 g of xylose were obtained.It accounts for 91.61%of glucose in raw materials,66.84%of xylose and 86.53%of total sugar were recovered.In AHP pretreatment,100 g of cassava residue was treated at 50 ? and 6 wt%of H2O2 for 4 h and then hydrolyzed by cellulase and polysaccharide hydrolyzing enzymes to obtain 38.110 g of glucose and 6.164 g of xylose.Accounting for 66.04%of the glucose in raw materials and 45.64%of xylose and 67.17%of total sugar were recovered.Relative AHP pretreatment,LHW pretreatment,ELA pretreatment had more degradation of hemicellulose,the structure became loose,and subsequent enzymolysis treatment was greatly improved.During the process,the enzyme's accessibility to cellulose and the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency were improved.From the material balance,it can be found that both of these methods can obtain higher total sugar yield and acid insoluble lignin recovery.In order to further investigate the effect of the dissolution of hemicellulose on the hydrolysis of cellulase,the xylanase and polysaccharide hydrolyzing enzyme were added during the hydrolysis of the cellulase to pretreat the residue,and the effect of the dissolution of hemicellulose on the enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose was investigated.Studies have shown that the addition of polysaccharide hydrolase can significantly increase the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of cellulase for the three pretreatment residues;but for alkaline hydrogen peroxide pretreatment,but the addition of xylan,for cellulase,the enzymolysis effect is not obvious.
