| In recent years, organic heterocyclic compounds have been rapidly developed in the field of organic chemistry, which has a very important role not only in scientific theory but also in practical applications.Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds such as isoxazole and triazole are a class of compounds with a wide range of physiological activities. They have been widely used in medicine and pesticides, and are a research hotspot in the field of organic chemistry. Therefore, the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds such as isoxazole and triazole has attracted great attention in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields. This paper is divided into the following two parts:The first part is the literature review section, focusing on the synthesis of isoxazole compounds, the introduction and synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole.The second part is the experimental part, the main work is divided into four parts:1 Under the catalytic system of Cu SO4.5H2O/Na ascorbate,2,3-dibromopropylene,sodium azide and terminal alkyne form a novel 1,2,3-triazole compound. Then reacted with chloroanthraquinone to obtain a series of novel 3-phenyl-5-[(4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl]isoxazoles Compounds.2(Substituted)aniline reacts with excess propargyl bromide to form N,N-bis(prop-2-yn-1-yl)(substituted)aniline species, which in turn reacts with chlorohydrazine to generate a series of novel N,N-Bis[(3-phenylisoxazol-5-yl)methyl](substituted)aniline.3(Substituted)Iodobenzene and propynol produced 3-phenylprop-2-yn-1-ol and then reacted with bromoacetyl bromide to form 3-phenylprop-2-yn-1-yl-bromoacetate,and finally reacted with sodium azide to form a series of novel 3-phenyl-4H-[1,2,3] triazolo [5,1-c][1,4] oxazin-6(7H)-one.4(Substitution)styrene,sodium azide, potassium iodide, sodium periodate react to produce a series of(2-azido-1-iodoethyl)(substituted)benzene products, and then react with propynyl alcohol to produce a series of novel 6-phenyl-6,7-dihydro-4H-[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1-C][1,4]oxazine products. |
