The Synthesis Of 3-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazole-4-methylacylhydr-azine And Its Fused Heterocyclic Derivatives

In recent years synthetic work on fused heterocyclic compounds and study of theirs biological activities were a hot topic in the field of study on heterocyclic chemistry.Isoxazole derivatives have received considerable attention over the past years due to their wide range of versatile, significant bioactivities and pharmalogical activities as antidepressants , antiviral , antibacterial , analgisic , fungicides , insecticides , microbiocides, bactericides etc. And one ring or fused heterocycled drivatives of 1,2,4-triazoles, l,3,4-thiadiazines, 1,3,4-thiadiazoles, 1,3,4-oxadiazole and imidazole also have been received much attention owing to their significant biological activities as fungicides , insecticides , micribiocides, bactericides , anticunvulsants, antiviral, antibacterial etc.In view of these observation and expect to realize the inforcement of many physilogical activities by means of combining isoxazole with different heterocycles , new fused heterocycles containing other moities were synthesized .In this paper we synthesized different heterocycles with a various structure by desining different synthetic procedures, and also the structure of intermedites and target compounds were established by elemental anslysis, 1H NMR, IR and MS spectral data.The present papers deals with:1. We synthesized 3-(4 -methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazole-4-carboxylate from p-Anisaldehyd via oxime-forming,chloro-substitution,l,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction. Key intermediate methylhydrizine obtained 4-carboxylate reacted with 85% hydrizine.2. 7H-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-l,3,4-thiadiazine, s-triazolo[3,4-b]-l,3,4-thiadiazole, 5,6-dihydro-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-l,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives containing 3,5-disubstituted isoxazole were synthesized.3. 1,3,4-thiadiazole, l,3,4-oxadiazole,imidazolo[2,l-b]-l,3,4-thiadiazole and imidazolo[2,l-b]-l,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives containing 3,5-disubstituted isoxazole were synthesized.4. Mannich base derivatives of 1,2,4-triazoline- 5-thion and 1,3,4-oxadiazoline -5-thion containing 3,5-disubstituted isoxazole were synthesized .5. Heterocyclic derivatives of 3-(4 -methoxyphenyl )-5-methyl-isoxazole-4-carboxylate were synthesized.
