In this paper,gold concentrate with As,high content of S and high content of Fe was managed with bio-oxidation and cyaniding process,process mineralogy study of raw ore,flotation concentrate,and bio-oxidation slag and cyanide residue were carried out with microscope and SEM,the results were get as follows:Metal sulfides in raw ore mainly contain pyrite,arsenopyrite,sphalerite and chalcopyrite.And gangue such as quartz was contained,too.The Au content was 28.9g.t-1,Ag content was 20.1g.t-1,S content was 35.3%,Fe content was 33.89%,As content was 1.77%in the flotation concentrate,so the concentrate belong to high sulfur high iron gold concentrate containing arsenic.Before bio-oxidation process,the occurrence states of Au in gold concentrate were:wraped gold content 65.75%,half wraped content 13.28%and independent gold content 20.97%.About 58.26%gold in pyrite,36.56%gold in arsenopyrite,5.18%gold in gangue.Submicro gold whose particle size less than 1?m content was 69.28%,despite this,particle gold content was 30.72%.According to the study of the gold quality,Au content was 77.17%,Ag content was 22.82%,belong to the electrum.After bio-oxidation process,the Au content was enrichment to 60.1g·t-1,Ag content was enrichment to 41.4g.t-1,the oxidation rate of Fe was 90.03%,the oxidation rate of S was 72.8%,the oxidation of As was 96.44%.The average particle size from 38.64?m oxidated to 12.19?m.The occurrence state of ore oxidation process was:independent gold content 23.52%,half package gold content 36.77%,package gold content 39.71%in early oxidation process;independent gold content 76.93%,half package gold content 5.38%,package gold content 17.69%in middle oxidation process;independent gold content 86.11%,half package gold content 10.16%,package gold content 3.73%in late oxidation process.Reaching the aim of releasing the wraped gold.The leaching rate of direct cyanide and bacterial oxidation slag cyanidation were 68.17%and 96.51%respectively.Bacterial oxidation effect was good enough.
