Steel industry is one of the most important industries in China.However,there is still a big gap between steel energy consumption per ton in China and the world advanced level.How to lower the consumption indexes of steel processing is always concerned by no matter entities but also academic organizations around the world.In this paper,the methods of energy consumption minimization are studied and presented systematically based on related theories and extensive literature reviews.The outline of this paper has been shown as following.(1)Firstly,the purpose and significance of energy saving for steelmaking production is discussed and,research of process control and scheduling control all over the world was introduced.Also,the basic concepts and main methods of integrated modeling are described and gives the method of least squares fitting the actual production data of the curve of integrated model and introduces in detail with least squares to establish regression equation and method to test the established regression equation.(2)Oxygen consumption's hybrid model,gas recovery's hybrid model,vapor recovery's hybrid model and argon consumption's hybrid model are created by using the method of data drive process mechanism model,on the basis of oxygen consumption mechanism model,gas recovery mechanism model,vapor recovery mechanism model,and argon consumption mechanism model.Based on the characteristics of the problem and the model,this paper collect the field data collected in a steel plant of the production process,by the method of least squares fitting the data of steelmaking energy consumption,and contrast the results of the mechanism model and the results of data drive mechanism model using the MATLAB software.Experiments show that the result given by data drive mechanism model are more accurate to the result given by mechanism model,the data drive mechanism model can be further applied to steelmaking energy minimization model research.(3)The model of the process control and scheduling control of the steelmaking system is established based on the constraints of component,temperature and time,aiming at minimizing energy consumption.Considering the problems and characteristics,an experiment of multiple devices and multi stage was designed,by using LINGO optimization software and the energy consumption of the integrated model is compared with the real energy consumption of the steel mill.The outcomes show that the minimization model of energy consumption can reduce the consumption of energy.
