The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Service Platform For Modular Drilling Equipment Manufacturing

With our emphasis on high-end equipment growing,ocean exploration,the growing demand for oil exploitation,modular manufacturing drilling by the major manufacturers of concern.In the process of manufacturing equipment,the existing stand-alone project management software has been unable to better accommodate the needs of multiple project management.It is urgent to develop a dedicated integrated platform software system.With my manufacturing experience in Tianjin Zhongji equipment limited company engaged in management of large-scale equipment manufacturing projects,focusing on the obstacle of communication and efficiency,based on ZY-13000 HP module drilling rig development project of the company,the aim of this paper is to design an integrated service platform for development,which includes financial controls,human resources management,business information between departments,suppliers of communication services,procurement management and so on.In integration platform development process,through questionnaires,on-site interviews and data collection project needs to establish a way to analyze business processes and performance requirements among the various functions.The system will be based on B / S architecture,using Java and MySQL data technology design and development,design and implementation techniques used in the process include:WINDOWS 7 based operating system,this project uses B / S architecture,combining the design of object-oriented programming ideas,use UML modeling,give full play to the open source MySQL database security features,using the stability and high readability of the PHP language and JavaScript scripting efficient,to ensure the efficiency and stability of the system.I has completed the following work: Financial control module,human resources module,service module information,communication service module supplier and procurement management module needs analysis and functional design and implementation,and tested the integration platform,the result has reached the expected goal.
