Design Of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)and Implementation Of Equipment Management Module In Kunming Cigarette Factory

MES refers to manufacturing execution system,which is a management information system oriented to workshop production process.It is mainly used to solve the problem that the lack of data sharing between the software used in workshop production management makes it difficult to achieve the overall optimization of production process.In order to solve the problem of "information isolated island" between equipment and promote management innovation,Kunming Cigarette Factory through the construction of a production management information system with MES as the core in the joint technical renovation project of Kunming Cigarette Factory.Through the construction of MES system,it is planned to coordinate and organize all production links,and track and feedback the problems exposed in the process,so as to improve the production command and dispatch ability,quality stability ability,cost control ability,and realize the objectives of lean manufacturing,agile production and flexible processing.Based on the design and implementation of MES system in Kunming Cigarette Factory,this thesis introduces the requirement analysis and overall design of MES system in Kunming Cigarette Factory according to the actual situation of Kunming Cigarette Factory and combined with the work done by myself,and explains in detail the design and implementation results of the equipment management module involved.Firstly,the significance and necessity of the construction of MES system in Kunming Cigarette Factory and the research status at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,the requirement analysis of MES system in Kunming Cigarette Factory is carried out to clarify the overall objectives,design requirements,functional requirements and related technologies used in the development of MES system in Kunming Cigarette Factory.Secondly,the overall design of MES system is carried out,and the overall structure,functional design and development of MES system are given.On this basis,the MES system equipment management module of Kunming Cigarette Factory is designed in detail,and the corresponding business processes,interface design and database design are designed and implemented.The interface display of some operation results is given to verify that the designed module can meet the business requirements of equipment management.Finally,the work done is summarized.
