Pharmaceutical wastewater is a waste of organic pollutants that produce from the complex and orderly production of pharmaceutical products.Pharmaceutical wastewater pollutants in the composition of complex water quality and water changes,high concentrations of toxic and harmful pollutants,high color,biodegradability is low,is a more difficult to deal with industrial waste water.Based on the above characteristics of pharmaceutical wastewater,the pharmaceutical wastewater treament has been widely used for many years "pretreatment-anaerobic biochemical(including anaerobic hydrolysis or anaerobic biochemical)-aerobic biochemical-advanced treatment".The current water quality index of COD is 10000 mg / l,BOD: 100 mg / l,SS: 50 mg / l,NH3-N: 35 mg / l,TN: 55 mg / l,TP: 8 mg / l,pH: 6.8-8.For the wastewater quality,combined with specific engineering profiles and related information to determine the design of the sewage treatment process is: water---grille---regulating pool---iron carbon micro-electrolysis pool-Neutralization flocculation tank---sedimentation tank---ABR---pre-aeration sedimentation tank---SBR---hydrolytic acidification tank---aeration biological filter---clear pool----water.The process can be used to achieve a better treatment effect,the indicators of the water are to meet the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards"(GB18918-2002)of the first A standard.Which COD design removal rate of up to 99% or more,nitrogen and phosphorus design removal rate of up to 94%.
