As a large industrial area,industry occupies half of the local economy,accounting for 45%of GDP in 2016.Textile is the representative of the traditional industry is a pillar industry,ad-vantage industry and people's livelihood industry,accounting for 65%of the total in the industrial economy,the acceleration of industrial development,especially the development of traditional industries in position is very important in the development of the economy as a whole.In recent years,closely around the region put forward by the local party committee government"took the lead in much starker choices-and graver consequences-in period to complete the economic transformation and upgrading of the target,the traditional printing and dyeing industry agglomeration and the agglomeration zone,printing and dyeing wastewater will account for over 90%of the total sewage treatment.According to the environmental protection department issued "textile dyeing and finishing industrial water pollutant discharge standard"(GB4287-2012),sewage treatment plant of enterprise total wastewater outfalls of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr)emissions directly limit is 80 mg/L.The focus of this study is,by designing a set of specially used in textile dyeing and finishing wastewater treatment complete process,to ensure that a high concentration of textile dyeing wastewater,main pollutants index CODCr in line with national standards,and has further technology path.In this paper,the design used in textile dyeing and finishing wastewater treatment process route for packages:adjust the pool to the reaction tank,the middle to circulate in composite hydrolysis acidification pool,pool the MBR aerobic bioreactor to coagulation reaction pool,2C catalytic oxidation.In the coagulant beaker experiment,the coagulant and the amount of coagulant in the two process sections of the reaction sedimentation tank and the coagulation reaction pool were determined respectively through the experiment of coagulation reaction.In the pilot study of 8m3/day,continuous water inlet test was conducted for the complete set of process,and the average CODcr of the final sink was stable at 79mg/L,realizing the target of the first step out of the CODcr at the rate of 80mg/L.Then,the average value of the CODcr in water was 42mg/L,which was the target of the expected test target of 60mg/L.This study provides a practical reference for the reduction of the main pollutants CODcr in the treatment of dyeing and finishing wastewater,which is of long-term significance to water environment protection.
