Nowadays,in order to strengthen the tea industry and increase the added value of tea,to enhance the competitive edge of domestic tea industry in the world market,tea industry increasingly focus on the improvement of the quality of tea processing,the reduction of labor cost and the safety awareness of production,particularly,the application of modern processing methods,such as continuous,cleaning,automation,etc.Tea automatic production line control system is a platform on which the tea can be produced automatically,each processing parameters achieve accurate control as well as enterprise can manage the production of tea processing at a high level.Confronted with some problems in the primary production line of black tea respect to the low precision,big fluctuation,over reliance on personal experience and it can not use the best process parameters according to different situation.This paper will adopts fuzzy arithmetic and fuzzy neural network algorithm,combined with MATLAB/Simulink simulation of technical parameter decision controller design tea processing technology and design software and hardware design of the control system.Main contents are as follows:(1)Completed the overall design of the system.Analyzed using mechanical structure and working principle of tea preparation production line,introduced black tea green tea water on the production line.(2)Digitization of key process parameters.Analyzing the principle of tea preparation production line process and its effect on tea quality,determined the withering temperatures and time,fermentation temperature,and humidity,Digitization of technological parameters of initial drying temperature and drying temperature in drying process.(3)Control scheme of distributed control system for black tea production line.Tea online moisture detection,as humidity levels,input,fuzzy control algorithm and fuzzy neural network control algorithm of decision process parameters to be processed tea,withering time and temperature,fermentation temperature,initial drying and the temperature and humidity are controlled in real time,and in the analysis of the MATLAB/SIMULINK.(4)Fuzzy neural network and fuzzy control algorithm.The fuzzy controller with fuzzy neural network controller in the realization of Omron PLC,and process design and Man-machine interface design for the primary production line of black tea in the distributed control system,and engineering test,good tea moisture control is achieved,improves the quality of tea.Connected with black tea processing lines,I put up with a tea production control system on the basis of fuzzy control and fuzzy neural network control as well as carry out simulation and experiment.As a result,a fair effect of control is obtained.
