The Santong River,Daliuhe River,Luohe River,and Huifa River in Huinan County are located in the upper reaches of the Songhua River Basin.The Huifa River(also known as the Daliu River in the Huinan County section)is the main tributary of the Songhua River and is Huinan County.The only waste water body in the area,most of the sewage in the area is directly discharged into the east and west drainage ditch without any treatment,and finally it is imported into the Daliu River.With the development of the economy,the amount of sewage is increasing,causing serious pollution to Huifa River.Second Songhua River water quality.Huinan County is located in the northeast rural area of China.The distribution of the townships is relatively scattered.The population of the township is scarce.In China,along with the economic development brought about by river regulation,it also leads to the excessive deterioration of the river ecological environment:the reduction of biodiversity,self-purification Reduced capacity and obstacles to the sustainability of ecosystems.At the same time,the sewage generated without any treatment of domestic sewage is desperately discharged,seriously polluting the surrounding environment,destroying the surrounding ecological and natural resources,and posing a direct threat to the health of the majority of farmers and the economic development of the rural areas.In order to implement the state’s basic national policy on environmental protection and implement the relevant regulations,norms,and standards set by the state,comprehensive management of river basins in the Songhua River tributary of Huinan County was carried out.This project focuses on the design of sewage treatment in seven towns and townships around Sanmen River,Luohe and Huifa Rivers.The design was carried out for the sustainable development of the ecosystem,safeguarding people’s health and the safety of the downstream water environment.In this design,the natural environment,social environment,and economic conditions of the project area are taken into consideration,and economic,simple,and reliable objectives are taken into consideration.At the same time,the environmental pollution,ecological impact,and consumption of resources and energy generated by the wastewater treatment facilities are taken into consideration to satisfy the sustainability.The development requirements,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the soil percolation system,stabilization pond treatment,and buried micro-dynamic technologies,were finally selected to be treated with a surface-flow constructed wetland system.Through the analysis of the population and wastewater discharge of the seven townships,the paper calculated the sewage pipe network,constructed wetland,river channel garbage disposal,and ecological interception ditch.The sewage pipe network sewage pipe(backbone)is 17000m,and the sewage pipe(branch line)is 25000m;the total area of the constructed wetland reaches 16700m~2,and the substrate thickness is 0.6m.According to the actual situation,the reed is selected as the planting plant of the wetland.After the test,the pollutants are removed.The rate can reach the first-grade standard for comprehensive wastewater discharge;the total length of garbage removal and transportation is approximately 35,900 m,the total amount of garbage removed and transported is 100,800 m2;the total length of ecological interception ditch is 15,000 m,and the total area of ecological green protection belt is 1,620,000 m~2.By calculating the total investment of the project is54.5103 million yuan.The implementation of the project must create conditions for the economic and social development of the local region and provide a good living environment for the local and downstream residents.
