| As we all know,any enterprise or an industry’s development cannot leave the convenient and fast logistics system,logistics has become a key elements of firm growth,which if you can link of logistics management advantages,will be able to create more benefit for the enterprise to provide unique advantages,therefore,reduce logistics cost has become a new growth point of a lot of enterprises to create benefits.In the context of the current study,the logistics cost analysis is widely used in the whole logistics management,the tobacco industry is no exception,especially tobacco commercial enterprise,but also in logistics,for the life for,that is,country required(head office)to the root of modern tobacco circulation enterprises development strategy.At present,the modernization of tobacco enterprise management is still short,and the overall management foundation is still very weak.Especially in the logistics management of tobacco enterprises,due to the short development time and extensive mode of management,are still traditional,tobacco monopoly high and contains the profits completely conceal the tobacco logistics cost reflected,also reduced the logistics cost reduction consciousness,fundamentally affect the tobacco logistics the healthy and sustainable development.In 2015,the cigarette logistics cost of Xiangtan tobacco companies was about twenty-four million yuan.High cost not only seriously restricts the development of cigarette sales network,but also makes it difficult for retailers to make cigarettes.This paper is based on the analysis of logistics cost control,using activity-based costing method to study the logistics cost control of tobacco companies in Xiangtan,and explore the effective methods of tobacco enterprises in the field of tobacco distribution,throttling,efficiency and logistics costs reduction.This paper mainly studies the related questions of xiangtan city tobacco company logistics cost control,from the four winds in the face of the company logistics operation conditions were analyzed,and the first on the one hand,is the enterprise internal warehouse,the second aspect is the product sorting management,the third aspect is the product distribution situation,the establishment of the fourth aspect is the center for the relevant work,and formulated according to the results of the analysis of the relevant scheme of controlling logistics cost.This paper will develop xiangtan region tobacco market closely combined with the company specific situation,analyzes in detail the various operations of the company’s operating process,and finally puts forward the relevant series of practical and feasible measures to reduce the cost,so as to promote the company competitive strength of ascension. |
