Research On Logistics Cost Management Optimization Of A Tobacco Company

In 2020,the C hina Tobacco Work Conference proposed that the tobacco industry should adhere to high-quality development master plan,innovate and contribute to tax revenue and national economic growth.Logistics is playing an increasingly important role as the third source of tobacco pro fit.Improving logistics cost management has become the main means to reduce costs,improve efficiency,tap potential and reach higher standards.This paper mainly aims to figure out the factors that influence the logistics fees management of tobacco compa ny A and find out its existing problems.Meantime,this paper will analyze the problems and strive to find solutions to promote logistics fees management,realizing the goals of reducing costs and improving efficiency.This study takes the activity-based cost method,and lean logistics thinking as a theoretical perspective and applies interviewing and case-study methods to talk with company insiders and external experts and scholars.I've found that the major problems of A tabacco company lie in relaxing ma nagement,which exposes many problems.Also,the inaccuracy of statistical data caused the ineffective combination of business and finance.Through analysis,the author finds out four major reasons for that.Firstly,there is little attention to cost management.next is the inappropriate organizational structure for logistics cost management.Also,the industrial logistics operation process is relatively complicated,but the development of the accounting information system is lagging.At the end of the paper,the author offers optimization ways for the logistics management problem.One of them is to establish a full-time working group to reorganize the operation process to accelerate business and finance integration.Meantime,a Tabasco company needs to revise the logistics cost accounting method and establish an information system.Values of this study: O ne is to verify the effectiveness of optimizing logistics fees management of a tobacco company.Next is to help the enterprises to level up the management to reach the strategic goal of high-quality development.
