The establishment of real 3D solid models of downhole data in coal mine and using the models in professional designing and decision analysis,etc.have become an important part of mine information construction research.After a deeply analysis of current research and a detailed understanding mine technical staff's actual need,in view of the current chaos of coal mine data management,multifarious use process and the lack of true reality problem such as 3D simulation system,real 3D modeling and integrated application system based on the data of downhole coal mine was launched.Main contents are:1)A set of suitable for software modular coding in the coal mine data classification,the rule of integration was extracted,including seven types of feature classes:well lane data,stratigraphic data,geological structure data,drilling data,Face sketch line data,see Shimen Coal point data and the feature data.Much efforts was put on the designing of storage process of stratigraphic data,mine data,and other data,and the data warehouse of downhole coal mine was established.2)Three ways of stratigraphic data correction including point data correction,linear data correction and planar data correction were put forward.And a corresponding correction algorithm has been designed to correct the stratigraphic data dynamically,also make the geological fault modeling as a planar data correction to the stratigraphic creatively.At the same time,based on the working face the sketch line data on the data of dynamic correction was applied for the first time,improved the precision of data of mine laneway.3)Proposed a well lane real three-dimensional modeling method based on three lines of the laneway,and designed a batch algorithm to space superimposed relationship when the laneway 2D was transformed to symbolic data,improving the laneway 2?3D modeling efficiency and accuracy.At the same time,the 3D modeling and 2D symbolization of other types of data were realized,also real 3D entity model and 2D graphics sets of downhole data in coal mine were built.4)After the real 3D entity model and 2D graphics sets of downhole data in coal mine were established,some coal mine professional application functions such as Coal seam data query,analysis of coal seam water area,the coal floor TIN contours network construction,and Laneway Information Statistics were also added to the system.The practical application shows that,system of downhole data real 3D modeling and integrated application in coal mine based on the data warehouse(GeoMS3D subsystem)improved the efficiency of coal mine geological data management and realized the coal mine geological data of real 3D modeling,and met the mine production design and decision-making planning application requirements,has good foreground of spreading and appling.
