Fu Shun Western Open Mine has been gradually formed Asia's largest open pit mines since mining.In recent years,the South Slope has appeared large deformation and decline,through geological exploration,field research displacement monitoring and other slope stability measures,has determined the overall potential slip region in south slope,the east sector is F5 fault,the south sector is Qiantaishan crack,but the western border has not been determined.Therefore,by means of effective monitoring to determine the west boundary of the main landslide on the south slope of West Open Mine in the prevention and governance as soon as possible has important significance and role.The engineering background of this paper based on the south side slope of Fu Shun West Open Mine.We establishment a true three-dimensional West Open Mine geological model based on the original geological data collection and collation.Through synergistic analysis we identified the surface morphology of southwest slope crack.We established a set of IMS micro-seismic monitoring system around the southwest crack.By satellite monitoring,field measurement and micro-seismic monitoring three means of collaborative monitoring,identify the west boundary shape of main landslide for the south slope and then demarcate the main landslide of the south slope.We establish the mechanical calculation model of West Open Mine,through the mechanical calculation,making preliminary analysis of south slope deformation mechanism.This paper carried out the main research work are as follows:(1)Collecting the existing geological data,and collating available information of Fu Shun Open Mine.Using three-dimensional modeling software to build the pit surface,mainly stratigraphic position,faults,weak surface and surface modeling of refineries and other major buildings;(2)After on-site investigation of the southwest slope,on the basis of fully considering the site conditions,optimizing the micro-seismic monitoring scheme,single component and three-component seismic sensors are respectively arranged on both sides of the crack,establishing a micro-seismic monitoring system;(3)Via satellite remote sensing satellite monitoring,field measurement and micro-seismic monitoring three means of collaborative monitoring,identifying the southwest crack surface morphology and the west boundary underground shape of main landslide.Combined with crack surface morphology and the western border of underground form jointly set out of the west border of space form.With the other boundaries of the main landslide forms for the south slope,Then demarcate the main landslide of the south slope;(4)Established the West Open Mine south slope mechanics calculation model,using the finite difference software FLAC3D to calculate,with analysis of calculation results:displacement field,shear stress and principal stress,making the initial study for deformation mechanism of South Slop.
