The steel industry is an important basic industry of the national economy,as the high-tech special steel industry develop with the steel industry,but also show its particularity.In one hand,Product overlap seriously and Investment increased so much in recent years of steel industry.The development of special steel industry is so fast;the requirement is a little less than the supply,especially for Special steel long products.In the other hand,most of the special steel products China are import.Faced with an increasingly serious challenge,the enterprises must be strengthening marketing management;handle the market information,making one proper marketing management full used the government Policy.After go through extensive literature research,the foundation of this Article is the theory marketing and sale management.It has researched the special steel industry from Political environment/Economic environment/Social Environment and technical environment.Using of "five forces model "for the five competitive forces Masteel special steel company product depth analysis.Using the SWOT matrix,we analyzed the ascendancy,weaknesses,the opportunities and threats facing of Masteel special steel company.Core regional market,regional market and auxiliary peripheral regional market of Masteel was establish and market was positioned from the two aspects of the original and new products.Base on this work out the Masteel marketing tactics from product strategy,price strategy,Channel strategy and Promotion Strategy four parts.Finally,carry out a series of measures to implement marketing strategies to provide protection lay.This article has the very important Significance of Masteel's developing,but also has the same significance for other special steel company.Meanwhile this article has provided a new Ideological platform and Research ideas.
