Along with our country economic development,scientific and technological progress,the broad popularity of electricity,escalator makes people's life more and more efficient.Is closely related to real estate in the elevator industry has experienced rapid growth in the northeast to the process of growth is slowing.In recent years,the real estate market gradually become saturated,the size of the new construction since 2016,one hundred million yuan of above items are numbered,and form a complete set of elevator industry highlights intense market competition,between elevator enterprises in the fierce competition and the situation of reshuffle.In this situation,the elevator enterprises only take reasonable marketing strategy,set up effective marketing management system,can in the fierce competition,the greatest degree of improving margins,expand market share.Based on the foreign capital enterprise Schindler Elevator Shenyang Branch as the research object,after analyzing the elevator industry at home and abroad and the northeast market,from the point of view of marketing management practice and problems the use of the STP marketing theory,such as 4p marketing mix theory,Uses the SWOT analysis method,comparison method,the porter five model analysis method,in view of Schindler Elevator Shenyang Branch,we deeply analyzed the internal and external environment,found that some of the problems in its marketing,and thus for the marketing mix strategy and develop,from the product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy in four aspects put forward the proposal[30].Identify the specific implementation guarantee and implementation control of the marketing strategy of Schindler Elevator Shenyang Branch.Research results of this paper is not only for the marketing strategy of Schindler shenyang branch for reference and the suggestion,It has a certain guiding significance to its marketing strategy,at the same time for Schindler in the northeast of the other three branch and other equivalent international elevator company provide certain reference of marketing management.
