High speed CNC machine has been an important scientific and industrial equipment.Spin-dle is a key component of the machine.Unbalance vibration is the main cause of equipment vi-bration,noise and damage.In order to reduce mechanical failure,it is important to carry out bal-ancing on spindle.This thesis focused on the electromagnetic ring built-in balancing system.The balancer can be placed inside the hollow spindle for the advantages of small size.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)Development of domestic and international balancing was investigated,the main bal-ancing method is balancing machine and field balancing.The field balancing has been widely used for its convenient use,low cost and high efficiency.At present,the external balancer has been widely studied in the laboratory stage,but the research lacked of engineering application.(2)The theory of balancing has been deeply studied.Including the unbalance representation and classification;the balance tolerance specification;the choice of the correction plane;and the method of field balancing:influence coefficient method.(3)Based on the study of dynamic balance theory,the key technology of dynamic balance test was solved,including speed measurement;counterweight plate phase measurement;periodic vibration signal sampling;fundamental frequency signal correlation filter;the vibration ampli-tude and phase extraction based on DFT.With the data acquisition module and the computer as the hardware platform,the build-in balancing system software of the spindle was developed by LabVIEW.Including the overall structure and function design of the system,the integration of the basic parameter input module,the signal acquisition module,the data processing module,the unbalance and influence coefficient calculation module and the correction mass moving module.(4)Completed the modal analysis of the spindle.The results showed that the minimum nat-ural frequency of the spindle is much higher than the maximum speed of the spindle,so the spin-dle will not resonate under normal operation.(5)In order to verify the validity of the built-in dynamic balance system software,the ex-perimental platform was built on the basis of SYL04H-1 lathe spindle,and relevant experimental research was carried out.Including the experiment platform construction;the influence of rota-tional speed on the experimental platform vibration;the influence of rotational speed on balanc-ing system;and the effect of the trial weight angle on the influence coefficient and balancing.The experimental results showed that the rotational speed has great influence on the balancing system,and it is very important to obtain the reliable influence coefficient.By performing tests on the spindle,balancing can be carried out quickly and accurately.The system can be used for the spindle balancing,which has simple structure and reliable performance.
