Supramolecular chemistry is a kind of chemistry that studies the formation of ordered molecular aggregates with complex structures through non-covalent bond interactions between monomers.Supramolecular assemblies with various structures and functions can be obtained by regulating the structure of the building block,spatial arrangement and the properties of non-covalent bonds connecting these components.In recent years,alkynylplatinum complexes with planar tetrahedral structure and ?-unsaturated structure have attracted more and more attention.As an important building unit of supramolecular assembly,it is not only an excellent connection unit,but also a functional group that endows materials with attractive optoelectronic and magnetic properties.In this paper,the complex and dynamic supramolecular assembly was constructed by using alkynylplatinum motif as the building unit,combining with donor-acceptor interactions,multiple hydrogen bondings,hydrophobic interactions and other non-covalent bond forces.In the first part,we demonstrat that non-covalent complexation between alkynylplatinum(II)terpyridine molecular tweezer and pyrene guest can be strengthened,by implementing intermolecular N-H---N hydrogen bonds.The non-covalent complexation persists with the presence of ureidopyrimidinone(Upy)hydrogen bonding motifs.With the concurrent implementation of these two recognition motifs,dynamic supramolecular polymers have been successfully fabricated.The supramolecular polymers are prone to form regular nano-spheres via the mini-emulsion method.the current work is advantageous for designing complexed supramolecular assemblies with tailored macroscopic properties.In the second part,we designed and synthesized a kind of alkynylplatinum(II)amphiphilic molecule based on BODIPY.The introduced alkynylplatinum(II)group can maintain the rigidity and planarity of the BODIPY skeleton,and increase the conjugate area of the BODIPY system,so that the fluorescence emission peak red shifts to the near infrared region.PEG550 modified at both ends of the molecule improves its water solubility for further application in biological systems.Dynamic light scattering experiments(DLS)show that the amphiphilic molecule can form a kind of assembly in water.Then it is proved that the amphiphilic molecular can produce singlet oxygen in different solvents by using singlet oxygen trapping agents DPBF and 1-naphthol.
