Because the oil drilling rig works under the complicated working conditions for a long time,the natural environment is very bad,and the parts of the rig are prone to wear,corrosion,aging and so on,which leads to the failure of the drilling rig.The fault of the drilling rig will take up a lot of time for maintenance.If the maintenance is not timely,the other parts of the drill will be damaged,resulting in a large amount of economic loss and time consuming.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the maintenance cycle of the drilling rig.The reasonable maintenance period can not only reduce the aging rate,the failure rate and the failure rate of the drill parts,but also improve the reliability,stability and efficiency of the drilling rig,and ensure the safe operation of the drill.Taking the ZJ90 drill as an example,this paper establishes a multi-objective model between the maintenance period and the safety service level,the working efficiency and the maintenance cost,and solves the optimal maintenance period.When determining the division rule of the drilling rig fault,the least squares method is used to simulate the failure data of ZJ90 drilling rig by least squares fitting,Weibull distribution,lognormal distribution and normal distribution respectively,the least squares estimation of fault distribution parameters and the correlation coefficient of distribution fitting test are obtained,the distribution type of the fault data of the drilling rig is determined.When establishing a model for the relationship between failure rates,life regression factor is introduced,the relationship between failure rate and maintenance cycle is analyzed,and the relationship between failure rate and life regression factor is analyzed,the relationship model of failure rate change is established.according to the size of life regression factor,the maintenance effect is measured,and the change rule of failure rate in the maintenance and operation of drilling rig is analyzed.The optimal maintenance cycle of multi-objective is solved by using Matlab genetic algorithm,and the results are compared with the maintenance cycle solved under each single objective.By comparing the maintenance period of the multi-objective optimization and the maintenance period obtained in the single objective sense,the multi-objective optimization results overcome the one-sided performance of the maintenance cycle obtained by the single target,which is more in line with the actual maintenance needs of the rig,and can improve the efficiency of the drilling rig,at the same time,it can save the cost and reduce the cost.Less expenditure has great reference value for improving the economic benefits of oil and gas exploration and development.
