The initiating explosive device are the key components of the weapon,ammunition and other combustion and explosion systems.The initiating explosive device are more and more widely used in military and civilian use,and their performance directly affects the safe and reliable operation of the initiation system.At present,the research on the initiator and the consistency and reliability of the initiating explosive device are relatively weak in China.This subject has designed and improved the initiator of the explosive products.The improved system has the advantages of high quality,safety,reliability and intellectualization.At the same time,through the in-depth analysis of the initiating characteristics of the pyrotechnics,combining the system identification theory,the intelligent method and the dynamic system identification method,the parameter identification method of the NARMAX model and the neural network is introduced,and the parameter model of the initiating explosive device is established.The main content and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the working principle of initiating explosive device for explosive devices is deeply studied,and the applicable scope and shortcomings of various explosive devices are summarized and summarized.In view of the shortcomings of large volume,poor generality and non adjustable voltage of the explosive devices,a kind of explosive charging based on supercapacitor is designed and charged to the supercapacitor module.To complete the exploding of the pyrotechnics.The hardware system with TMS320F2812 as the control core is designed.By controlling the charging and discharging of supercapacitor,the process of manual and automatic detonation is completed to realize the safety and detonating of the explosive.(2)In order to get the mathematical model of the initiating explosive device,a parameter identification algorithm based on neural network and NARMAX model is proposed to obtain the mathematical model of the initiating explosive device.The relationship between the voltage and the time of the initiating explosive device is analyzed.The NARMAX model is established,and the parameters of the NARMAX model are obtained by calculating the parameters of the neural network.The proposed method is verified by simulation and experimental analysis.(3)The overall software architecture of the system is designed.According to the functions of the system,the main program and the subroutine flow chart are designed,and the corresponding program code is written.The corresponding hardware platform is built to test the hardware and software of the system.The experimental verification shows that the explosive device can fully meet the initiating requirements of the explosive.It can ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.
