In the process of production,manufacture and encapsulation of the electric initiating explosive device could produce all kinds of metal and non-metallic particles.These redundant particles adsorbed or glued to a corner inside the cavity,in the components or equipment work in the weightlessness,overweight and shock vibration,such as extreme mechanical environment,it is easy to activate free,and in the sealed cavity in the body without a regular movement,which leads to failure.For this kind of bad products,whether there is an internal surplus is generally determined by observing the changes in the meter pointer the,while insulation test with artificially tapping the electric fire products.First of all,the process of insulation test analysis of insulation test principle,the electric connector vibration principle and internal pollutant movement process,technical index system is given according to the results of the analysis of mechanical and electrical,control and system functional requirements.The overall design route of the system is expounded from both hardware and software.Secondly,the vibration mechanism is focused on the research and design.After verifying the vibrating principle,this paper follows the principle of top-down to design the three-dimensional modeling of vibrating mechanism.This model design fully considers the nylon material processing characteristics,assembly characteristics,parts of the life and other factors.Virtual movement simulation is carried out after completion of assembly,complete the interference check and exercise performance analysis.The model generates parts drawings and assembles into objects for debugging.Thirdly,the hardware design of the test system is carried out according to the requirement analysis and the overall design route,based on the mechanical structure of vibration mechanism,the sensor and signal conditioning circuit are designed.Design and selection of data acquisition card,insulation tester,multi-channel switching circuit and so on.The man-machine interface is developed based on Lab VIEW platform,including login management,parameter setting,vibration insulation test,data management function and so on,with automatic vibration,insulation test data real-time display,test results directly generated,data storage,playback,generate report function.Finally,debugging the test system developed in this paper,the vibration efficiency test of vibration mechanism and the contrast test of this system and traditional test method are carried out in detail.The specific contents include the design of test scheme,the correction of test table and the analysis of test results.he experimental results show that the vibration of the test bench has good consistency,and the accuracy and efficiency of the artificial test method are obviously improved.This thesis demonstrates a practicable approach on the development of the vibration insulation test system of the multi-channel electrical connector,the proposed detection system will gain broad prospects.
