Quality Risk Assessment Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Criteria For Performance Excellence

The good quality management of manufacturing enterprises can guarantee the product quality and mutual benefit with related parties.Otherwise it will bring great influence to the customers and the society.With the change of quality connotation from product quality to "big quality" which including customer satisfaction and related party management,simple product quality risk management is not sufficient to ensure that companies gain competitive advantage in the market.At present,the research of quality risk mainly focuses on product manufacturing,project operation and supply chain management,while the research on "big quality" risk from the perspective of total quality management is rare.Therefore,the study of total quality risk based on enterprise operation procedure is very necessary.Criteria for performance excellence(GB/T19580)provides a reference frame for evaluating the overall quality level of the enterprise,which can be used as the basis of total quality risk research in manufacturing enterprises.ISO31000 risk management standard is an embedded method of organization and process,gives the method and process of risk assessment,this article will integrate GB/T19580 with ISO31000 to identify and evaluate the quality risk factors of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,through the in-depth analysis of the evaluation content of “Criteria for performance excellence”,this paper identifies the quality risk factors of manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of customer,market,process management and other important management elements to establish a quality risk assessment index system of manufacturing enterprises.Second,when applying criteria for performance excellence to analyze the operation quality risks of an enterprise,it involves a large number of qualitative indicators and uncertainty information.The cloud model can effectively realize the quantitative transformation of qualitative indicators and the synthesis of quality risk indicators.First of all,based on the evaluation grades given in appendix C of “Guidelines for the criteria of excellence performance”,this paper establishes a quality risk comment rating cloud model.The quality risk rating comments given by experts can be converted into a corresponding risk cloud model.Then,the floating cloud model theory can be used to integrate the evaluation result given by experts to obtain a cloud model of quality risk indicators.The comprehensive evaluation results of enterprise quality risk are obtained by weighted synthesis of multi-index risk cloud model by comprehensive cloud.Finally,the quality risk level of the enterprise is evaluated by calculating the similarity between the cloud and the rating cloud model.Thirdly,the quality risk index system of membrane material manufacturing enterprise is constructed based on the criteria for performance excellence,and the above quality risk assessment method based on cloud model is applied to the membrane material manufacturing enterprise.According to the results of q uality risk evaluation,the key quality risk indexes of membrane material enter prises are sorted out.The key risk factors are identified according to Pareto pr inciple,and the control countermeasures are put forward for the key risk indic ators.Theoretical and case studies show that the quality risk assessment model based on cloud model can systematically and conveniently assess the quality ri sk of manufacturing enterprises,and the evaluation results are presented in the form of figures and data,making the calculation process more objective and intuitive.
