Application And Improvement Of Gas Desulfurization Synergistic Agent For Wet Desulfurization System Of Coal-fired Power Plant

Thermal power is the main mode of power generation in China,but with the enhancement of social environmental awareness,the limit of sulfur dioxide emission in thermal power plants is increasing year by year.The existing limestone wet flue gas desulphurization process is being improved continuously,but there is still improve space for improvement,so adding desulfurization synergist has become a fast and effective method.This paper summarizes the wet flue gas desulphurization technology of power plants,and the current application status of this technology in China,and introduces the relevant process of wet desulphurization equipment.Based on the principle of wet desulphurization technology and the application of existing synergistic agents,the authors invented a new type of desulfurizing synergist.The main research contents include:First,according to the principle of wet desulphurization,a new type of desulfurizing synergist is put forward.Its feasibility and effectiveness are verified through practical tests,and the direction for further improvement is sought.Then,according to the test condition of the initial formulation,the formula was improved to get the improved formula A.Through the comparison of actual use,the progress of the formula is verified,and the correctness of the improvement direction is determined.After that,the direction of improvement was determined,and combined with the current situation of desulfurization equipment in power plants,the improved formula B was finally obtained.The actual data indicate that this is a highly effective and practical formula for desulfurization synergist.This new desulfurization synergist can also increase the desulfurization rate 3 to 5%and reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide gas at least 60%when reduce the number of use of the slurry circulating pump in the desulphurization equipment.The dual effects of emission reduction and energy saving are achieved.It provides a powerful help for the environmental protection work of the power plant.
