As the symbol of "the third industrial revolution",3D printing technology can realize the manufacture of "personalized production" and arbitrarily complex shape and cavity,which has been widely used in many fields.The 3D printing of Portland cement has great potential for development,and it is necessary to carry out systematic research on its equipment and forming materials.This article first to apply to Portland cement base type of 3D printing process are analyzed,on the basis of the choice of lower cost,easier to widespread promotion of extruding curing molding process,through the thorough analysis to Portland cement base 3D printing large-scale applications are faced with the bottleneck due to three aspects:technology,equipment and molding materials.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of Portland cement base material,the use of UG NX 8.5 three-dimensional modelling design and actually make the experimental prototype,the system consists of data processing system,control system,mechanical system,extruding system(nozzle)of four parts.Finally,by mixing additive,with the effects of the specific formula,determine the P · II52.5 Portland cement based composite gelled material.Through orthogonal experiment,the main additive amount and the degree of influence on fluidity were determined,and the optimal conditions for the number of accumulation layer and fluidity were explored,and the actual printing experiment was carried out.To sum up,this paper designed the Portland cement base 3D printing device,to guide to produce a lower cost and higher accuracy of Portland cement base 3D printing device has a certain practical guiding role.The applicable molding materials are prepared,and the material optimization for 3D printing of silicate cement is of certain reference significance,and it will also promote its application in the field of complex surface modeling and design. |
