This article used Vitex as a raw material to prepare Vitex negundo scrimber and used as the main material to determine its main physical and mechanical properties and the strength of the three typical furniture nodes.Based on this,the feasibility of the actual processing and utilization of Vitex negundo scrimber.And provide theoretical basis and data reference for the design.The T-shaped and L-shaped structures were selected to test the bending strength of the L-shaped members and the T-shaped members were subjected to bending and pull-out strength tests.Traditional furniture node performance testing methods are very costly when testing.ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the pull-out strength of T-shaped components of Vitex negundo scrimber.Compare the intensity of the knots of the Vitex negundo scrimber furniture with the experimental results obtained from the finite element software analysis.Discuss whether finite element software analysis can be used in furniture junction testing.This article is summarized as follows:(1)When the moisture content is about 12%,the density of 0.9g/cm3 of Vitex negundo scrimber,the MOR was 115.43MPa,the MOE was 12750.35 MPa,the IB was 0.99 MPa,and the TS24h was 8.3%.By comparing with the main physical and mechanical properties of the two kinds of recombination wood and the national standard of particle board,it is completely feasible to make furniture from Vitex negundo scrimber.(2)The average yield limit load of the T-shaped structure of the three-in-one connector of Vitex negundo scrimber was the lowest,which was 72.55N.That is to say,a group of three-in-one connector joint T-shaped structure can withstand up to 7.4kg of objects without being bent.Taking cabinet furniture as an example,after the parts are processed,they are connected into a whole by various connection methods.The connection methods adopted by different parts and components are different.In the three connection methods used in the test,the use of three-in-one connector joints has the lowest flexural strength and the least force that can be tolerated.Therefore,when Vitex negundo scrimber is used as furniture,a variety of connection methods are combined,which can be used by people for daily use.(3)In the furniture knot test of the Vitex negundo scrimber,three types of joints were selected:double-circle splicing,triple-joint splicing,and self-tapping screw splicing.L-type bending strength:self-tapping screw joint strength>double-round joint strength>three-in-one connector joint strength.T-type bending strength:double-round joint strength>self-tapping screw joint strength>three-in-one connector joint strength.Among the three types of joint T-type pull-out strength,tapping screw joint pull-out force>double-round tie joint pull-out force>three-in-one connector joint pull-out force.(4)In this paper,the study furniture node performance Vitex wood material restructuring,the order of the three types of T-type pullout strengths obtained by the experimental method and the finite element analysis method are as follows:self-tapping screw joint pull-out force>double-round joint pull-out force>three-in-one connector to join the pull-out force.Through the tensile strength test and finite element software analysis of the T-shaped components of the Vitex negundo scrimber,the finite element software can be used in the test of the knotted wood furniture rendezvous.(5)Based on the analysis of the bending and pull-out strengths of the three connection methods,it can be concluded that when using the three connection methods,self-tapping screw joint strength>double-round joint strength>three-in-one connector joint strength.In these three connection methods,the use of self-tapping screws to connect the best results,if you want to use a three-in-one connector to connect,use it with other connections.
