Global warming has attracted wide attention,so the energy saving and emission reduction work of greenhouse gas has been urgent.carbon dioxide as a major component of greenhouse gases,its control work is particularly important.This article addresses the issue of carbon dioxide emission reduction,carried out the study on the test and engineering application of ammonia to remove carbon dioxide from flue gas.The results show that the factors that affect the carbon dioxide removing efficiency of ammonia are temperature,ammonia concentration,liquid to gas ratio,residence time,carbon dioxide loading and additives.The temperature has a significant effect on the thermal stability of the product,the ammonia concentration is proportional to the absorption rate at low temperature,and the efficiency of carbon dioxide removing at ammonia is disadvantageous at high temperature.The increase of liquid gas ratio is beneficial to the improvement of carbon dioxide removing efficiency.The residence time is proportional to the carbon dioxide removing efficiency.The greater the carbon dioxide load,the smaller the removal efficiency.In addition to the above effects,the temperature,concentration and bicarbonate ions and other factors on the carbon dioxide removing of ammonia also has a more significant impact.The rich liquid desorption rate increase with the increase of desorption temperature,but the final desorption rate of each temperature point is independent of time.Secondly,the higher the concentration of ammonia solution is more conducive to the absorption,but the absorption of the rich liquid desorption rate will decline.If bicarbonate ions are added by increasing the amount of sodium bicarbonate,will make the increase in the rate of increase in desorption.The results showed that with the increase of temperature and ammonia concentration,the volatilization of ammonia increased great,and had little effect on the carbon dioxide loading.as for additives,piperazine can improve the carbon dioxide removing efficiency,but also reduce the volatilization of ammonia,and the addition of ammonium pentaborate and boron can effectively reduce the volatilization of ammonia.Achieve the goal of carbon dioxide removing at room temperature,the use of additives when considered decarbonization,ammonium pentaborate is more effective.Finally,design of the application scheme of the flue gas carbon dioxide removing project on the 300,000 kilowatts unit.On the basis of the theory and related research results of ammonia removal of carbon dioxide,desorption and tail gas ammonia recovery,the technical parameters of the key equipment in the project,such as the spray tower,the regeneration tower and the tail gas ammonia absorption tower,have certain reference basis.Scheme uses the commonly countercurrent spray absorption.And by calculation,the tower diameter,the height of the packing layer,the height of the tower and the size of the heat exchanger were determined.And draw the corresponding drawings.
