By using the organic amine to absorb CO2 and improving the process,it is significant to the global warming and the capture of CO2 from the flue gas.In this paper,it studied the absorption and regeneration characteristics of 10%MEA/H2O solution,10%MEA/Methanol solution,10%DEA/H2O solution and 10%TEA/H2O solution in the small experiment,the concentration of CO2 is 15%in the flue gas.The results showed that the CO2 absorption rate was 8.1×10-5 mol/s in 10%MEA/Methanol,it was 21.1%and 90.5%higher than that of 10%MEA/H2O and 10%DEA/H2O,respectively.The absorption tower were filled with Pall ring 16 x 16,structured corrugate packing 500Y and structured mesh packing BX500,and 30%MEA/Methanol was used to absorb CO2.The results showed that the CO2 removal efficiency was low when the tower height was lower than 1.5 m.But the CO2 removal efficiency can reach 98.0%when the tower height was 2.5 m in three different fillers.Concluded,the superior order of three kinds of fillers was,structured mesh packing BX500>structured corrugate packing 500Y>Pall ring 16 x 16.The energy consumption of 10%MEA/H2O and 10%DEA/H2O were consists of the evaporation of steam,the sensible heat and the release heat of CO2.The results showed that the evaporation heat in 10%MEA/H2O was 57.4%higher,the sensible heat was 0.6%higher and the release heat was 12.2%higher than that of 10%DEA/H2O,respectively.But the CO2 removal efficiency was 47.1%higher than that of 10%DEA/H2O.It was reasonable to select MEA to absorb CO2.In the absorption tower,in the regeneration of 30%MEA/Methanol solvent,when the solvent flow rate was 30.0 L/h,the temperature of solvent were 40 ?,50 ? and 60 ?,the evaporation heat of the solvent was between 1.2-1.3 MJ/KgCO2,and the release heat of CO2 was between 0.8-1.0 MJ/KgCO2.When the solvent temperature was increased from 40 ? to 60 ?,the sensible heat decreased by 54.1%,So the regeneration energy of 30%MEA/Methanol was mainly reflected in the sensible heat of the solvent.
