The paper was mainly focused on isocyanide and selenium powder-based multicomponent reactions.We performed the research on synthesis of isoselenourea derivatives and 3-selenylindole derivatives with potential biologically and pharmacologically activity via a one-pot procedure.In addition,some preliminary research on antitumor activity of 3-selenylindole derivatives was performed by MTT assay.The whole work was described by two parts as follows:In the first part(the second chapter),we reliazed the construction of a series of acyclic isoselenourea skeleton through the cascade intermolecular multicomponent reactions of isocyanides,selenium powder,secondary amines and iodoarenes via a one pot procedure,employing cuprous iodide as catalyst and 1,10-phenanthroline as ligand.In the second part(the third chapter),we first reported C3 selenium functionalization of indoles through the aerobic radical cascade multicomponent reactions of isocyanides,selenium powder,secondary amines and indoles under transition-metal-free conditions,by which various 3-selenylindoles were synthesized in moderate to excellent yields.The highlight of the approach is realizing the construction of C-N/C-Se bonds under mild conditions with easily available,chemically stable and hypotoxic elemental selenium as the selenium source,requiring no transition metal.We also investigated the anti-cancer effects of the synthetic 3-selenylindole derivatives,and several compounds were found to be relatively active against HGC-27 gastric carcinoma cells.
