In recent years,the lotus leaf has received the domestic and foreign researchers' s wide attention due to its special surface wettability,whose unique surface structures and chemical properties have great guiding significance on the preparation of bionic superhydrophobic surface.Meanwhile,the superhydrophobic surfaces have widespread application prospects in industrial and biological filelds.In this study,fluorine-free superhydrophobic coatings have been fabricated by simple spraying method based on polyphenylene sulfide?PPS?matrix.The research contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:?1?A simple spraying method was used for fabricating stability and wear-resistance fluorine-free PPS/SR/CNTs superhydrophobic coatings by introducing the silicone rubber?SR?particles and carbon nanotubes?CNTs?into PPS matrix.In optimization conditions,the water contact angle and the slide angle of the prepared coating were?164±1.5?°and?1±0.8?°,respectively.The abrasion test indicated that the PPS/SR/CNTs coating possessed good durability in hydrophobicity.Moreover,the prepared coating exhibited excellent wear resistance,which was 1 time higher than pure PPS coating.The prepared coating exhabited the outstanding thermal stability with weight loss less than 10%under 478°C.Furthermore,the potentiodynamic polarization curves suggested that the corrosion resistance of the aluminum could be effectively enhanced by the prepared superhydrophobic coating.?2?The potassium titanate whisker-silica?PTW-SiO2?composite particles with binary structures were formed via sol-gel method.And the composite particles obtained hydrophobicity after the modifying treatment using amino silicon oil?ASO?.A sturdy self-cleaning and anti-corrosion PPS/ASO/PTW-SiO2 superhydrophobic coating based on PPS matrix has been successfully fabricated by introducing modified particles.In optimization conditions,the prepared coating possessed excellent superhydrophobicity with the water contact angle?161±1.2?°and slide angle?2±1.5?°.The PPS/ASO/PTW-SiO2superhydrophobic coating exhibited decent self-cleaning property with clean surface even after 100 times immersion in muddy solution.The abrasion test demonstrated that the mechanical stability of prepared coating was about 2 times of the pure PPS coating.Simultaneously,the results of electrochemical test testified the excellent corrosion resistance of prepared coating with high protection efficiency?99.999%?.?3?A durable fluorine-free PPS composite superhydrophobic coating was fabricated using silicone resin?SiR?acting as assist-resin and low surface energy materials,and Carbon nanotubes/graphene?CNTs/RGO?acting as reinforced fillers designed hierarchical structure.The obtained PPS/SiR/CNTs/RGO coating possessed excellent superhydrophobic performance with the water contact angle of?161.2±1.1?°and sliding angle of?2±0.7?°.Meanwhile,the PPS/SiR/CNTs/RGO superhydrophobic coating exhibited favorable self-cleaning and anti-wear ability.The weight loss of which was a fifth of the pure PPS coating.Thermogravimetric analysis?TGA?testified that the coating could be used in high temperature environment?320°C?for a long time.Simultaneously,the potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results indicated that the prepared coating possessed excellent anti-corrosion performance.
