A Study On The Oil Coefficient Of Well Work Graph In Pumping Unit Of Plant A

At present,the measurement of oil well production in most oilfields in China is mainly carried out through oil pipeline to the metering station for unified and centralized measureme nt.this method is neither economical nor suitable for the development of modern oilfields in the actual operation process,and more importantly,its measurement accuracy is not high.One way to solve this problem is to understand and master the working condition of the oil produc tion system,and realize the single well measurement of oil well production,which can not onl y simplify the process flow,improve economic benefits,but also reduce the development cost of the oil field.The technology of power map oil measurement is put forward under this premise.although the eighth oil production plant has begun to apply power map oil measurem ent technology in actual production,there are many problems that have not been solved,but p ower map oil measurement technology has great advantages compared with other oil measure ment methods.In this paper,the following studies are made on the power map oil measuring t echnology.The adaptability of power map to oil quantity is studied and analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are given.The influence of various parameters on the oil measuring results is analyzed and the oil measuring formula of single well work diagram is established.Based on the comparison of the results of field tank truck and work chart,the work chart oil quantity coefficients of different types of wells are classified and summarized.At the same time,there are no systematic regulations to refer to in-situ work diagram oil measurement and work diagram liquid level test.the established operation regulations are not applicable to the actual situation of oil field,and the work diagram oil measurement regulations and technical standards have been revised again.In addition,the change rule of water cut of single well wit h time is studied in the experiment,which is used to guide the development of oil field.Comb ined with the actual production data,the error of calculation results is less than 20 %,which basically meets the requirements of modern oil fields,and also verifies the feasibility of the power mapoil measuring technology in the actual production process.
