Aging oil is a by-product of oilfield production and has utility value.It will cause great harm to production in the process of recycling aged oil.Now,the problem of aging oil has been a common problem for ground oil gathering systems in various oil fields.,Electrochemical demulsification,centrifugal separation,thermochemistry,addition of demulsifiers and other methods,but each method has its own advantages and disadvantages,and the applicable conditions are different.In order to solve the problem of aging oil in Medium-First Station,this article is for Combine aged oil from sewage staging tanks,water injection stations,and sewage stations at the Union Station,and analyze aging oil components from different sources,compare sulfides,sulfate-reducing bacteria,and colloidal asphaltenes,and analyze aging.The thermal stability of the oil is based on the comprehensive study of the addition of different demulsifiers to improve the effect of demulsification,and compares the domestic and foreign methods of treating the aged oil,and explores the aging oil treatment method suitable for the Sino-Italian Joint Station at the Union Station.A joint station four times to improve the effect of analysis and comparison,optimization of aging oil treatment methods,and ultimately the solid-liquid two-phase centrifugal separation,in the heating distribution The blended method recovers the aged oil of the Medium-First Union Station and associated sewage stations and water injection stations.The qualified rate of the crude oil in the imported crude oil reaches 96.7%,the oil content in the external transported sewage drops from 2000mg/l to 300mg/l,and the sewage is deposited.The aging oil in tanks and sewage stations achieve continuous recovery without accumulation,reducing the generation of aging oil and emulsification time from the source,enabling the gathering system to achieve a virtuous circle...
