In the gathering and transportation system,the sediment is continuously deposited in the bottom of various storage tanks to form oil sludge.Crude oil joining various chemicals in gathering and transportation process makes the oily sludge emulsification serious,large viscosity,physical and chemical properties of stability.These features bring some difficulties to treatment.Oil factory introduce modulation-mechanical centrifugal separation technology in Daqing Oilfield,and achieves good results.Decanter centrifuge as the core equipment of this technology.It is great significance to study its best operating program.Due to the operating parameters of the decanter centrifuge and the physical parameters of the oily sludge are closely related,and the oily sludge physical parameters are uncertain,the optimal operation scheme is difficult to determine.Regarding the problems above,this paper uses the sliding mesh model and the Eular multiphase flow model to simulate the flow field in the decanter centrifuge by Fluent software.The distribution law of the velocity field and the two-phase by numerical simulation finds that there is a velocity gradient in the radial direction of the decanter centrifuge.Axial velocity distribution and phase distribution of the decanter centrifuge are relatively uniform,and the stable separation field is formed in the centrifuge column section.However,near the entrance of the centrifuge,there is a flow vortex,velocity field and two-phase distribution field are affected.On this basis,the influence of the speed,differential speed,the amount of mud into centrifuge and the oil sludge moisture on the oil sludge reduction treatment is studied.In order to verify the numerical,field test was carried out in Daqing Oilfield.By adjusting the speed and differential speed of the decanter centrifuge,and according to the results of the sample analysis,the absolute error between the field test and the numerical simulation results is within 10%.Based on the numerical simulation results,the orthogonal test method is used to design the experiment.The main order of the factors affecting the oil sludge is determined,and the operation program of the centrifuge is optimized.By the operation program,the average moisture of the oil sludge is reduced from 92% to 46%.
