With the rapid expansion of scale of horizontal Wells in liaohe oilfield and the extension of time,the production fluid profile logging data to an increasingly important role in the efficient development of horizontal well,this for liaohe oilfield sustainable development has important strategic significance.Compared with vertical well,horizontal well logging is a challenge to solve the problem of measuring flow and components in complex multiphase flow.In order to provide reliable basis for the subsection water shutoff,this paper applies the technique of horizontal well production profile test to understand the liquid level of horizontal section of thin interlayer horizontal well.It is the core content of the research of horizontal well production profile testing technology project.The test process has been proved repeatedly to select the continuous tube cable injection method.Based on the test of horizontal well production profile,the design scheme of horizontal well is established.This paper develops a magnetic locator,well thermometer,twin turbine flowmeter,and coaxial line phase moisture meter and concentrator.Through optimize the scheme of each unit design,processing,screening,testing,assembly and debugging,and the level of different specifications,experimental study on the characteristics of simulation Wells after surface tension test research and field,experimental study on horizontal well test application proved that the development of the main body of a 30 mm diameter instrument suitable for liaohe oilfield level dilute oil well test liquid producing profile.In order to study the characteristic response of the instrument,the static test of the instrument and the dynamic test of the variable Angle are carried out.The static test of the instrument indicates that the emulsifying property of oil and water has an influence on the water rate characteristic response of the instrument,but not much.The salinity of temperature and formation water has an influence on the water rate characteristic response of the instrument,but the water content characteristics can still be described by linear equations.Through the instrument in the variable Angle well dynamic simulation test characteristics research,showed that the flow pattern of fluid mixing medium,hole deviation,oil and gas changes affected the level state of instrument response properties limited,which proved that the developed measuring instrument is suitable for horizontal well flow rate and moisture content.Through the analysis of the process conditions of stripper fluid horizontal Wells and the research,proposed a variable Angle simulation test device for horizontal well and screen simulation test device for horizontal well,plus or minus 15 degrees of hole deviation Angle for level changes when the experimental research,the characteristics of flow rate and moisture content response by level and nearly level under the condition of oil and water two phase flow and gas flow law of three phase flow of oil and water and the instrument response law of the experimental research,suitable for horizontal well flow rate and moisture content of the interpretation model is established.On the basis of the interpretation of vertical well production profile,the interpretation process of horizontal well production profile is determined,and the interpretation software of horizontal well production profile is developed.The software is easy to operate and fully functional,which is suitable for the interpretation of horizontal well production profile.
