At present,the main method of artificial lift for pumping lift in Daqing Oilfield(total number of wells 78%),about more than 54000 wells,annual power consumption of about 3.4 billion k Wh(oil production accounted for 35% of electricity),has an important influence on the development of energy saving in the whole oilfield energy consumption of pumping unit.With the continuous exploitation of oil,gradually entered the high water cut stage and development policy,mining occurred adjustment,changes of fluid production wells has become more complex,affect the cycle of pumping unit load and torque variation,the motor and oil pump,also become more and more complicated,which seriously affect the efficiency of pumping system oil machine.The high power consumption of pumping wells not only increases the production cost of crude oil,but also increases the burden of the power grid.It has become an outstanding and urgent problem in oilfield production.Through the development of Daqing Oilfield by using travel research,conventional pumping torque and suspension characteristics,mechanical characteristics and work characteristics of the motor,and the motor of oil pumping machine interaction between the load reducer output torque,the research status of beam pumping unit and motor,established a set of suitable for different loads under the condition of pumping unit and motor matching method,put forward a set of suitable for Daqing oilfield production practice the principle of matching.According to the matching method of conventional beam pumping units and motors,different tests were carried out in the test well.The results showed that the active power decreased by6.51%,the reactive power reduced by 25.69%,and the average comprehensive electricity saving rate was 9.68%.The design and application of 154 wells in the oil production plant,the average comprehensive electricity saving rate reached 8.96%.The field application results showed that the installed power of the pumping unit system was effectively reduced,and the purpose of energy saving mining in the oil field was achieved.
