Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's economic development and social development have made great progress,and the oil industry has also achieved prosperous development.The power required for the three-phase asynchronous motor equipped in the oil field pumping process is generally less than the installed power,which leads to inefficient pumping motor.This phenomenon is very common in the daily actual oil recovery process,that is,the phenomenon that a high-power motor drives a small power load.Especially when the production of oil wells declines,it will lead to a significant drop in the efficiency of pumping units and a large increase in energy consumption.Therefore,this paper selects the energy-saving control of the three-phase asynchronous motor of the pumping unit as the research object,reduces the energy consumption of the motor,and realizes the energy-saving effect of the pumping unit.The motor will produce during direct starting high starting current,which will have an impact and influence on the motor power,in order to better address this issue and meet the electrical energy requirements,the design method of limiting soft-start.Several common traditional soft starter simulation analysis,this paper confirmed that the design of the soft starter has better control effect.Secondly,the surge energy-saving motors were analyzed on the control theory,the focus of analysis illustrates the relationship between the passing loss and motor power of the motor.The energy-saving control method adopts fuzzy control,and the PID control method is also designed to compare and explain.By combining the energy-saving of the motor,the difference between the power factor and the given value and the amount of change are taken as two inputs,and the output is The angle change value is triggered for the thyristor,and 35 fuzzy rules are designed based on the constant power factor method.Finally,the motor regulator theory based on the overall model built saving control system of the motor and the detailed description of the overall model is the main module.The simulation and analysis of the input power and power factor of the motor without the energy-saving controller,the PID controller and the fuzzy controller are carried out respectively.The comparison results show that the data of the motor is optimal when using the fuzzy controller.It also proves that the energy saving effect of the motor using this method is the best.
