Design And Application Of Automatic Monitoring System Of Light Hydrocarbon Reservoir Fire Pump Based On PLC

With the development of control technique,many equipment need to be reformed,so do their remote operations and the usage methods.Besides,to the aspects of the daily maintenance,although each regulation demands these equipment to be repaired and maintained on a regular frequency,many stations can not obey these regulations,leading to the rusty and stuck of the bump and the valve,and worst of all,make these equipment lost their functions.So it is vital for these fire pumps to be regularly and automatically checked and kept in normal working condition.PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)is the core unit in modern automatic control,consisted many kinds of automatic systems of several science areas.It is broadly used in many modern industrial fields for its simple structure,superior performance,high safety and reliability,and high universality convenience to use.Currently,many countries consider the usage of PLC as the sign of the controlling standard,in this thesis,PLC is used to monitor the Ma'anshan light hydrocarbon Reservoir fire pump system,realizing the function of self-checking on a regular frequency.To realize this function,PLC controlling-technique and the frequency conversion techniques are used.Kingview is used to be the configuration software,and the SIMATICS7 is used for PLC programming.By choosing the proper hardware and software programming,low frequency and power frequency monitoring of fire pumps are achieved.Besides,supervision and storage of the history data of the fire pump and the other devices can also be made.The value of construction of this fire pump control system is to be more reliable,more automatic,more extensive and more stable.The whole designation of this paper will not only improve the management standard of the fire pump,but also provide guarantee of the production safety.Most importantly,this will improve the utmost safety of both the personal property and the devices.
