As the enhancement of environmental protection requirement, the gasoline quality is required to be more qualified in domestic market, so the production of alkylate oil is catalyzed. The first international alkylate oil produce device which use Lummus Process is built up by Shan Dong Shenchi chemical co., LTD, this device could save more catalyst than traditional process, device request is less, more environmental protection and energy saving, and this will be known no measure in the future. And one of the important equipment of this device is hydrocarbon circulating pump which could transport C4and alkylate oil.Based on independent research and development of models for SJY14X18X26D alkylation device with hydrocarbon circulation pump for the project, to design the pump structure and hydraulic, and to analyze hydraulic part according to CFD method[1], especially for the numerical modeling of pressurized-water room internal flow field, optimizing the designing scheme, and finish the performance and mechanical test after the completion of the manufacturing. The completed work are as below:First, finish the project design of the SJY14X18X26D alkylation device of hydrocarbon circulating pump, according to the parameters provided by users, this is a new pump required mass flow and high-lift with slow-speed of revolution. No existing waterpower model, need brand new design, and need to choose ratio of similitude model pump logically[2], to do the modeling and optimization design for the chosen model pump hydraulic part[3]; Finish the pump structural style design, be sure to use two-stage double suction impeller, the center line to be support by both ends, the radial structure subdivision; Using the dry gas seal, follow up the API682standard; The radial and thrust bearings of this pump adopt SKF bearing structure.Second, finish three-dimensional fluid field numerical analysis and optimize design work for completed hydrocarbon circulating pump. Through the use of three-dimensional design software Pro/ENGINEER to build up3d model for the hydraulic flow channel section of the pump, and to do the mesh generation by AutoGrid5and IGG of Numeca, to do the three-dimensional numerical analysis and calculation for the hydraulic flow channel section, optimized all hydraulic parts base on the obtained internal hydraulic pump flow phenomenon, especially selective analyzed the pressurize-water room internal flow field, improved the original designing scheme. At last optimized result of the hydrocarbon circulating pump designing scheme meet the designing requirement completely, and proceed the model machine production test.The last, participating in and completing the full performance test at full speed of hydrocarbon circulating pump, the test result indicated that the designed hydrocarbon circulating pump has high performance, completely meet the design requirements, so this pump trial produced successfully, and now it has been delivered to user for normal running.
