Nowadays,electricity has been inseparable from people's life.Both industry and daily work and life are closely related to electrical energy.The safe and stable operation of power equipment also plays a more and more important role.Many existing problems have been found in the maintenance of electric power equipment in oil field enterprises.As the main equipment limiting the short circuit current and absorbing reactive power of the cable line,reactor is of great importance in the safe and stable operation of electric power,and temperature monitoring is of great significance for ensuring the stable operation of the reactor and preventing faults.But in practical work,because the reactor is a strong magnetic field and high-voltage power equipment,people can't get close to it.In the daily work of substation,there is lack of effective and timely monitoring.In order to meet the requirements of enterprises and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid,this paper designs a whole scheme of wireless real-time monitoring system for dry core reactor,and is made in kind to complete the whole debugging.The RF2000 series wireless transmitter module used in this paper has the function of preventing the interference of high voltage magnetic field and preventing the interference of the ground loop.The maximum magnetic field interference of the reactor in the actual operation is weakened to the maximum extent,and the feasibility of real-time monitoring is ensured.In this discussion,we gradually sort out the design idea,combine the theory of many kinds of temperature measurement methods and temperature sensors,and design according to the need of actual work.With the use of independent power supply,the acquisition module can be separated from the external power supply to a certain extent,simplifying the actual working steps and directly taking the electricity in the reactor.At the same time,no matter the chip selection,the selection of RF module,the setting of amplification circuit and storage module,or the selection of sensors and the design of circuits,they are completed according to the actual work needs.The overall function design and debugging of each module have been successfully tested,and the expected function has been realized.
