So far,human beings have continually destroyed the environment on which they depend.How to reduce the source of environmental pollution and regulatory environmental pollution has become a problem that people must face to.The research at home and abroad shows that the total amount of dietary fume pollution produced by catering enterprises is close to the total amount of traffic pollution.Therefore,to enable the catering enterprises discharge lampblack following the allowable emission standards of lampblack is the key method to reducing and controlling lampblack pollution.In order to supervise the emission of lampblack from catering enterprises,corresponding research work has been carried out in this thesis.Through reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures,the research status of lampblack detection at home and abroad is analyzed.The method of detecting the concentration of lampblack by using chemical reagents generally has problems such as low real-time in data collection,high cost,and inability to achieve large-area supervision.In order to solve the above problems,an online lampblack real-time monitoring system is designed and developed.The system designed consists of five modules: fume collection,communication,human-computer interaction,server and database.The acquisition module is used to collect lampblack data and send the data to the server via GPRS network.The data is decoded in the server according to the decoding rules and stored in the database.The server module is used to provide functional interfaces such as real-time lampblack data display and lampblack data query for the humancomputer interaction module.The human-computer interaction module consists of a monitoring website and a mobile phone query application.The user uses the monitoring website or the querying application by accessing the server interface to monitor the data of lampblack emitted by the catering enterprise.The system is also designed by taking into account damage of the lampblack collection equipment or long-term alarm,the regulatory department needs to assign maintenance personnel to the corresponding catering enterprises for repair or inspection.So a Optimization model is established to so solve the problem.The use of genetic algorithms provides an optimal solution for assigning the least number of maintenance personnel while ensuring that the total length of maintenance personnel is the shortest,and can complete the repair of all damaged equipment within the specified working time of each person.Under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of detecting lampblack data,the system combines the monitoring website with the mobile phone query application,which improves the real-time and convenience of monitoring.It not only saves the human and financial resources of the regulatory authorities,but also improves the comprehensive monitoring capability of the environment,and it benefits the society and environment significantly.
