As the polymer flooding technology is widely used in three oil production of oil field,it produces a lot of contaminated water.It has the characteristics of high viscosity,high emulsification degree,small size of oil droplet and suspended particle size,complex composition and difficulty in processing.The reasonable technical boundary of the wastewater treatment has become an urgent problem to be solved.Aiming at this problem,this paper firstly analyzes and analyzes the containing wastewater containing polygonal wastewater treatment station.In containing poly sewage before and after filtering and after filtering filter material after testing found that the polymer concentration in the containing poly sewage after dealing with the settlement of the water quality is still not up to standard,filter filter material in the early years of the filtering effect obviously,after a period of time of filter material filter ability reach saturation,after the content of sewage water quality is not up to standard.After the detection of the particle size of the containing sewage,the removal efficiency of suspended material in the existing filter size is low,and the filter material is unqualified.After the detection of the oil content of the containing wastewater,the existence of polymer and suspended material resulted in the low oil content of the filtered water.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the sedimentation process and filtration process,and determine the best technical boundary of different concentration of wastewater settlement and filtration process.Second through the establishment of the indoor sink,the settling time,containing poly sewage concentration,concentration of flocculant dosing of sedimentation,the influence of different concentration of sewage containing poly(best settling time and flocculant dosing concentration.The indoor sedimentation experiment showed that when the concentration of the concentration was 100mg/L and 200mg/L,no flocculant was required,and the settling time was at least 8h.When the concentration is 300mg/L and 400mg/L,the flocculant with0~50mg/L is added,and the settling time is at least 12 h.When the concentration concentration was 500mg/L,a flocculant with 100mg/L was added,and the settling time was at least 16 h.When the concentration is 600mg/L,a flocculant with 150mg/L is required,and the settling time is greater than 16 h.Finally established indoor visual filter simulation device,filter material gradation,filtration velocity of poly sewage filtering effect,the influence of different concentration of filter material containing poly sewage reasonable gradation and filtration velocity.The experiment of indoor visual filtration shows that the filter material level is the best match.When the concentration of polymer wastewater is 100mg/L to 389mg/L,the best limit of filtration rate of indoor visual filtration device is 9~11m/h.It can provide a theoretical basis for the on-site wastewater treatment by means of the research on the settlement and filtration treatment technology.
