Evaluation Of Land Ecological Security In Hebei Province Based On Combined Assignment TOPSIS

The rapid development of economy,the level of urbanization and the pace of industrialization in China have made rapid progress,resulting in the increase of land use and serious human and land contradictions.In recent years,serious soil erosion,biodiversity reduction,land quality decline,land desertification and other ecological problems have emerged.The domestic scholars have become more and more safe for land ecological security.Pay attention.The ecological security of land is related to the sustainable development of regional ecological environment and the benign operation of the social and economic system,and the scientific evaluation of the ecological security of land is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization.On the basis of summarizing the related research achievements both at home and abroad,this study scientifically and rationally evaluated the land ecological security situation in Hebei province.At present,the economy of Hebei province is in the stage of rapid development.There are various environmental problems.The urban water and soil pollution is becoming more and more serious and the environmental quality is deteriorating.The land ecological security of Hebei is facing a serious threat.How to evaluate the land ecological security objectively through scientific index system and evaluation method is of great significance to promote the sustainable utilization of land resources.In this paper,based on the theory of sustainable development,the theory of land resource scarcity and the ecological carrying capacity,this paper uses the concepts of "driving force pressure state influence response"(DPSIR)concept model to establish a scientific evaluation index system of land ecological security in Hebei Province,and establish a TOPSIS evaluation model of combination empowerment of land ecological security,according to each index,according to the indexes of Hebei province.The data are used to calculate the positive solution Q+,negative ideal solution Q-and the F value of the comprehensive paste schedule in Hebei Province,and evaluate the ecological security situation of the land in Hebei province.The evaluation results show that the situation of land ecological security in Hebei province is on the whole in the past 2009-2016 years,but it is still not optimistic.And from the perspective of maintaining land resources,ecological safety and sustainable utilization,it puts forward specific countermeasures.The research indicates that it is scientific and feasible to establish land ecological security evaluation index system by DPSIR and adopt TOPSIS method to evaluate land ecological security.
