With the increasing demand for coal energy in our country,the coal mining roadway is getting deeper and deeper,and the roadway with a depth of more than 1,000 meters is becoming more and more common,and the safety problem of the tunneling roadway is paid more and more attention.As an effective way of supporting roadway in coal mine,bolt support is more and more popular in coal mining enterprises.However,at present,the supporting method of roadway in domestic coal mine is usually designed only on the basis of similar experience of supporting in coal mine.The roof structure of coal mine roadway can not be proved accurately,and the supporting parameters can not be changed with the change of roof strata in time.Roof caving accidents occur from time to time.In order to ensure the safety of roadway,Installation of at least 3 anchors per square metre in thousands of metres of coal mine roadway.But in the process of roadway excavation,the geological conditions are complicated and accompanied by groundwater and other problems,whether the bolt can get permanent and effective support in the coal mine roadway is worth pondering.In view of the existing problems of roadway support,in order to obtain timely and effective support for the roof strata of roadway,considering the complexity and difficulty degree of real-time analysis of rock stratum position in the process of bolting support,this paper starts from the study of hydraulic system of bolt drill.According to the basic parameters of drilling rig,the flow rate and pressure change of drilling rig hydraulic system in the course of roadway roof support are studied by AMESim simulation software.Thus,the location and thickness of rock strata in which the bolt is located are inferred,which provides a new design idea and method basis for the quantitative design of bolt support.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Exploring the significance of bolting support,summarize three different types of single bolting rigs used in coal mines,and introduce the present research status and development trend of bolting rigs at home and abroad.(2)Studying and Analyzing the surrounding rock formation of coal mine,explaining the significance of rock stratum solidity coefficient,and analyzing the influence factor of rotary rock breaking effect of drilling rig.(3)The hydraulic system of single hydraulic bolt drill is analyzed,and the flow rate and pressure parameters of hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are calculated.(4)The AMESim system is simply introduced,and the hydraulic simulation of single hydraulic bolt drill is carried out by using AMESim system.The results obtained by analyzing the simulation data are as follows:In the course of roadway roof rock stratum support,The flow rate content and pressure of hydraulic system of bolt drill will change step by step at the interface of rock layer,and pulse change will take place at the place of separation or weak intercalation.
