Due to the mine battery locomotive long battery charging time,short service life,serious pollution to the environment,and now vigorously promote the development of new energy application and promotion of new energy.Compared with the battery,supercapacitor has the advantages of new type,environmental protection,energy saving,fast charging,long service life,high power density and low cost,so there is the mine supercapacitor electric locomotive.When different charging methods are used for mine supercapacitor electric locomotive,the charging efficiency of the mine supercapacitor will vary greatly,in order to improve the charging efficiency and energy saving,the topic focuses on the efficient charging control and strategy of mine super capacitor electric vehicle.Firstly,according to the actual working conditions and related constraints of mine electric locomotive,the number of series and parallel connection of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive is determined,the supercapacitor energy storage array of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive is composed by the way of first string and subsequent connection,Voltage balancing control of supercapacitor array is realized by using switched capacitor voltage sharing method based on distributed cooperative control.Secondly,the charging characteristics and efficiency characteristics of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive under constant current,constant power and constant voltage charging method are analyzed in detail,in order to improve the charging efficiency of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive,the charging control strategy of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive constant current plus constant power is determined.Thirdly,the three-phase PWM rectifier and the DC/DC converter charging circuit of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive are selected,and a mathematical model is set up;three phase PWM rectifier adopts current feed forward decoupling double loop control strategy.DC/DC converter adopts direct current and power control strategy,direct current control based on phase shifted carrier is adopted in constant current charging,and direct power control based on phase shifted carrier is adopted in constant power charging.The feasibility of the supercapacitor high efficiency charging control strategy of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive is analyzed theoretically.Finally,the software and hardware design of the supercapacitor charging control system for mine electric locomotive is designed,a simulation model of supercapacitor charging control for mine electric locomotive is built in MATLAB/Simulink,and the waveform is analyzed in detail.The simulation results show that the super capacitor charging control strategy can make the power factor of the three-phase PWM rectifier are 1,and the DC bus voltage is stable,which provides a stable and reliable input voltage for the DC/DC converter.The combined charge control of constant current and constant power has realized the high efficiency charging control of mine supercapacitor electric locomotive.
