There are many problems about the present mine storage battery electric locomotive and charging system,such as a large volume,low endurance,low working efficiency,short service life of battery,leakage of adding acid and lead pollution scheduling problems,as well as the application status of separation between electric locomotive driving system and battery charging device.According to the above questions,this thesis drives at the research of the topology and control system of mine electric locomotive charging and driving integration.First of all,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the energy storage power and driving motor of the mine storage electric locomotive.Then,the comprehensive consideration is made according to the working environment of mine electric locomotive,the driving motor(permanent magnet synchronous motor)with a better low speed performance and the energy storage power(supercapacitor)with faster charging speed and friendly environment are selected.According to the actual operation of the mine electric locomotive,the integrated topology circuit of driving and charging is designed,and the parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and supercapacitor are calculated.Secondly,according to the integrated circuit topology designed,the operating mechanism of the two modes of charging and driving is analyzed,namely,the vector control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the double closed loop control of the current inner loop and the voltage outer loop of the bidirectional DC/DC converter in the driving mode.The equivalent model and multiple charging methods of the supercapacitor in the charging mode,three phase voltage PWM rectifier control strategy and so on.The charging control strategy of supercapacitor in the integrated topology is emphatically analyzed,phased constant current transformed constant voltage charging strategy is proposed,which greatly reduces the charging time,solves the disadvantages of the slow charging speed of the traditional charging method,and the damage of the supercapacitor easily caused by the large current charging in the middle and late stage.Finally,based on the integrated circuit topology designed,the hardware system and software ideas of the integrated control system are designed,and the simulation model of the integrated control system is built on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software to verify the correctness of the integrated control system.The simulation results show that the integrated circuit topology and charging control strategy have solved the problems of separation of charge and discharge,low working efficiency,long charging time and so on,so that the mine electric locomotive can be more efficient to meet the needs of work.
