Abrasive water jet cutting steel plate is an efficient and pollution-free new processing method.At present,scholars mainly study the cutting mechanism and cutting parameters of abrasive water jet at room temperature.With the diversification and complexity of the application of abrasive water jet,such as fire and other high-temperature environments,the understanding and control of abrasive water jet cutting process also put forward higher requirements.In some high-temperature environments,the physical and mechanical properties of metal materials after cutting by abrasive water jet,as well as the fracture mechanism and deformation behavior will show different characterization at room temperature,abrasive water jet cutting parameters will no longer be applicable to normal temperature.Therefore,the mechanism of abrasive particle erosion steel plate under thermal effect is studied in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the common cutting methods of steel plate are introduced,the development process and research status of abrasive water jet technology are described,and the specific research content and significance of this topic are put forward.Then,based on the basic theory of heat transfer and finite element,the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis of oxyacetylene heating steel plate are carried out,and the finite element equation of three-dimensional transient temperature field is established.In this paper,the basis of numerical simulation of temperature field and thermal stress analysis is summarized,the appropriate heat source model is selected,and the heating of steel plate by oxyacetylene under thermal effect is modeled and meshed.The temperature variation and stress variation of the steel plate are obtained by the post-processing function displayed by the cloud picture of ANSYS analysis software,so as to display the temperature field and stress field distribution of the whole steel plate.Finally,based on the existing equipment in the laboratory,using single factor experiment method,through the different cutting pressure,nozzle moving speed of the two states of normal temperature and thermal effect of cutting steel plate experiment,get under the thermal effect of cutting steel plate need to provide higher cutting pressure than normal temperature or reduce the moving speed,and compare the cutting depth of 45 and 304 stainless steel,under the cutting pressure of 20 MPa,target distance of 6 mm,moving speed of 100 mm/min parameters such as setting,can see under the thermal effect of 304 stainless steel cutting easier than 45 steel.In addition,scanning electron microscope was used to observe the micro-morphology of the cutting section of the steel plate.The results show that the cutting section of the steel plate is mainly ploughing phenomenon under the thermal effect and grinding phenomenon under the normal temperature.Through the research of this topic,the theoretical knowledge of abrasive jet is enriched,which provides certain reference and guidance value for practical engineering application.
